The development of our All-Star Development Program together with our learning partner KNOLSKAPE has been a huge success to prepare our tactical leaders to be leaders of tomorrow. The program focuses on leading digital transformation and is delivered with advanced gamification and simulation technologies on KNOLSKAPE platform.

I wish to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional session that Rajiv delivered on "Clearing the AI BLUR" at the STMicroelectronics event in Marseille. His presentation was a masterclass in demystifying the complexities of artificial intelligence and its practical implications for our Technology Manufacturing industry. The depth of Rajiv's knowledge and his ability to convey intricate concepts in an accessible manner was truly impressive... Rajiv's contribution was a significant highlight of our event, and we have received an outpouring of positive feedback from participants who left feeling enlightened and inspired.

The 6-month-long initiative was handled professionally and with strong partnership. The learners have enjoyed the business simulations and interactions with good professors and facilitators like Niraj and you amongst others. The handholding of coaching sessions and completion of assignments was much needed as well. Shobhana's governance and in-depth understanding of the "business need" of NICE ACTIMIZE helped build strong content, which is the core differentiator of this program as against the "off the shelf" we find in the market.
